Consigning at DeJa Vu
Closet full of good things you don't wear?
DeJa Vu takes boutique brands, not fast fashion. Here's how consigning works, from Kimberly's own terms. January to March is the shop's busy season.
- Bring up to 20 in-season items in a reusable bag.
- Intake runs January to May for spring and summer, and August to October for fall and winter.
- Items are priced at full price for two months, then half price in month three.
- You get up to 40% of the sale price.
- Unsold pieces are donated to the charity you choose: Fixed Fur Life, Salvation Army, Belleville Hospital Auxiliary, 100 Women Who Care, Sandy Pines, Prom Project or Gift from The Heart.
- A 15% item return fee applies, and a short list of brands the shop doesn't take is posted at the drop-off bench.

Kimberly authenticates designer goods herself and prides herself on selling only authentic items, in store and online. DeJa Vu is a reseller and isn't affiliated with the brands it sells.
